Charmaine E. Bazemore
Founder & Principal Consultant

Helping businesses and organizations prosper is at the heart of Charmaine’s work.

She cares deeply about helping businesses and organizations prosper—and about the people and communities whose lives they touch.

As a mother of two daughters, Charmaine brings a personal sense of purpose to her work. Her commitment to young people extends beyond her own family. She wants youth in her community to have access to safe spaces, meaningful opportunities, and people who believe in their potential. That commitment has shaped her approach to leadership, community service, and consulting.

With more than a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership, financial services, operations, team development, compliance, and community programming, Charmaine combines a broad perspective with a hands-on approach. She enjoys helping people work through challenges, bring ideas to life, and build the systems that make progress possible.

During her tenure as Executive Director of the George Washington Carver Community Center, Charmaine oversaw daily operations, budgets, community programs, capital improvement projects, and partnerships. The role deepened her understanding of what it takes to serve a community while keeping an organization moving forward. Her earlier leadership roles at Freedom Mortgage, Citizens Bank, and Bank of America strengthened her skills in coaching teams, improving processes, managing performance, and delivering responsive service.

Charmaine earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Temple University. Through CB Consulting, she works alongside nonprofit leaders, community organizations, and small business owners to strengthen operations, develop programs, pursue funding opportunities, and support their teams. She listens closely, asks thoughtful questions, and helps clients find practical solutions that fit their goals and resources.

She takes a personal interest in her clients’ success because she understands how much people invest in the work they believe in. Whether supporting a new business or helping an established organization grow, her goal is to help build something that can thrive and make a lasting difference.

Her philosophy is simple: strategy should lead to growth, and growth should create impact.
